Fiona has worked as a clinical psychologist for 15 years with experience working in public, private and academic settings. She has an interest in women's mental health, interpersonal issues, depression and anxiety, and psychological adjustment to trauma in adults. Fiona has an interest in perinatal mental health, mother-infant bonding and attachment, and the understanding of early attachment styles to adult relationships.

Fiona uses a client centred approach to psychological therapy drawing on a range of techniques and treatment styles. Building a trusting, secure and reliable relationship with clients is at the core of Fiona's work with a focus on the interaction between client and therapist.

Fiona has worked with clients with chronic mental health conditions including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Affective Disorder and OCD in inpatient and outpatient settings as well as people looking for help to improve their wellbeing and daily functioning.

Mona is a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has worked with a variety of presenting problems and a diverse range of clients across public and private mental health settings.
​
She tailors her therapeutic approach to her clients’ needs and draws from different evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and trauma-focused therapies.
​
Mona brings warmth and acceptance to the therapy room and focuses on building a safe and transparent relationship with her clients through which change can occur. She is passionate about supporting her clients to understand early attachment patterns in adult relationships and process emotional experiences to gain agency of their choices and relationships.

Clare is available for new referrals

Clare is an empathic clinical psychologist who prioritises a psychologically safe and effective therapeutic relationship. She has a Masters in Clinical Psychology, graduating in 2003 from the University of Western Australia, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
​
She offers evidence-based psychotherapy including cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, solution focused therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy. Her areas of interest working with adults and older adolescents include anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss, parenting issues, low self-esteem, relationship issues and emotion regulation problems. She provides a safe, supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment with her client’s best interests at heart.

Emily is available to take new referrals

Emily has experience working with adults and older adolescents on a range of issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, grief and adjustment issues, chronic pain/fatigue, trauma, relationship and interpersonal issues, and disordered eating.
​
Emily works openly and tailors the therapeutic approach to specific needs, actively involving her clients. She uses techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy. She also provides training in relaxation and mindfulness skills.

​She has extensive experience working with clients who experience chronic poor health and who are looking to improve their health and wellbeing.
​
Emily has worked in private and public health settings and is a Board Approved Supervisor for psychologists in training and seeking Clinical Endorsement.

Georgia is available to take new referrals

Georgia (she/her)
Georgia is a Provisional Psychologist, currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has worked with clients in both community and private settings, with a diverse range of clients across genders, ages, cultures and presenting problems. She has supported people with various mental health issues, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and unpacking traumatic experiences.
Georgia draws from Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic modalities in her therapeutic work, tailoring the techniques to each client. She focuses on balancing between supporting clients to make practical changes to everyday life to support their needs, as well as unpacking previous experiences and how they affect the client’s current day-to-day life.
Georgia is passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse people, and completed her Master’s thesis focusing on LGBTQIA+ people’s experiences in therapy.
Kate has returned from leave and has appointments on Thursdays open to returning clients and new clients.
​Kate is a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She works with adult clients to navigate mental health challenges by delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to their goals and needs, within a safe, inclusive space.
Her formulation-driven style is informed by several approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Kate is interested in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, OCD, and interpersonal problems. She has a warm and empathic manner and places her clients at the centre of their care, emphasising the therapeutic relationship and connection.
Kate is passionate about helping people achieve mental health goals, improve self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping.

Jemma Fosdick and Bronte Hall are the first point of contact for new clients and familiar voices on the phone to our existing clients.
